Before you book.
Why should I trust you on AI agents?
I'm building OpenLabor, an agentic AI platform live in beta. I'm not an AI consultant who reads about agents — I ship them. Every pilot we scope, I've already implemented something similar.
Do I have to use OpenLabor?
No. The advisory is platform-agnostic. If OpenLabor fits your use case, we use it. If a different vendor or a custom build is better, we do that. The recommendation is honest.
What size team is this for?
Best fit: 50–500 employees with at least one team running repetitive workflows (support tickets, lead enrichment, ops checklists). Under 50, ROI math is usually too thin. Over 500, you probably need enterprise procurement — different motion.
How fast can we ship the first agent?
Custom build is 4–6 weeks for the full engagement. First agent live in 90 days from kickoff is realistic if your team commits an internal owner. If we can’t find a clear pilot in Strategy, you don’t pay for the build.
What if our team has tried AI agents and they failed?
Common. Most failures are workflow misfits (wrong process to automate) or owner gaps (no one inside owned the rollout). The Strategy phase is designed to surface both before you spend a cent on implementation.
Is this for B2C or B2B?
B2B ops/support/sales primarily. B2C is doable but the agent design changes a lot — happy to talk if you have a clear use case.
